About Kelly

With a background and BA in the performing arts, Kelly brings a creative perspective, grounded presence, and flexible thinking to her coaching work. She holds an International Coaching Federation credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with additional training in ADHD Coaching through JST Coaching & Training. She earned her coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has studied with experts in the field of executive function including George McCloskey, Peg Dawson, and Jodi Sleeper Triplett. Kelly has had a dedicated meditation practice for the past decade and is trained as a mindfulness facilitator through Inward Bound Mindfulness Education. She currently leads Mindfulness & Movement at the Forman School where she also works as an Executive Function Coach and choreographer. As the mother of two dyslexic and ADHD young adults, Kelly can relate to parents with compassion and a heartfelt sense of hope and determination for their children’s success. She is passionate about partnering with teen and adult clients, encouraging them to understand their brains, invent their futures, honor their strengths, and reach their goals.
