Executive Function Coaching

Mindfulness & Movement

Welcome, I’m glad you are here!

As a facilitator, I love guiding people through movement, play, and stillness. I feel most alive when I’m in motion: learning, creating, connecting, pausing in nature, and growing.

When do you feel most alive?

As a coach, I partner with teens and adults who are ready for change, especially those navigating the challenges of ADHD, learning differences, or executive function struggles. Getting unstuck can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Coaching offers structured, compassionate, and action-oriented support to help you build new habits, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Every person brings a unique combination of strengths, values, needs, and goals. We begin by being curious about who you are, what matters most to you, and what you want.

If you’re ready to make meaningful changes, I’m here to help. Let’s take the next step together.

Be well,

– Kelly

About My Coaching

No matter your goal, my strength-based executive function coaching offers a supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow. In our work together, you’ll have room to dream big, name what’s working (and what’s not), vent frustrations, experiment with new strategies, and create realistic plans that move you forward.

What would it feel like to get to the root of your procrastination, land your dream job, pass that exam, strengthen a relationship, juggle everything on your plate, or build a habit that finally sticks?

EF Coaching is reflective, practical, and yes, sometimes even playful. With the right support and accountability, meaningful change is possible.
